Big Lots Complaint

Poor customer service
I was in big lots on state ave and the cashier had no compasion for the customer, she was very rudd and unfriendly. The gentleman in fron of my daughter and I was having difficulty with the credit card machine and instead of helping him I had to step out of line and help him. The only thing she did was bark rudd driections at him. Thid being said I will not be shopping at this particular big lots which was convienant for me. I am a reward member and shop there a lot. I might however go to a different one, but am not to sure as don't want the same type of customer service. I do know what cusomer service is all about as that is my job I do every day and have had great fedback as how my customers would like me to work for them. I hope my calling in to the store last night after I left will make the management think about training this person in customer service better, I know i could teach them a couple of pointers.
