Recliner no in store
I purchased a recliner at Big Lots in Asheboro, NC. Store# 01805 on 05/01/15. I paid all but $12.93 because I wanted them to hold the recliner because it was raining. I went back on 05/05/15 and paid the $12.93 to pick up the recliner, but they didn't have it, the only one that they had was the demo.I did not want the demo. They said that another one might be in on Tuesday or Friday after next when the furniture truck comes in....What happened to the Recliner that I had paid for? Now when it comes in I have to make an extra trip to Big Lots to pick it up. I need some one to contact me about this. I need some type of satisfaction.
